Progressive came out and asked questions about my homes climate – is it hot in some places and cool in others? They came up with a plan and showed me how they could make it more comfortable for me. If there are any problems, they come out and fix it. They stand behind their workmanship and product and will make it right for you. They are upfront about everything.

First, the stars must have been aligned for me because I picked your company out of the yellow pages and yours was not the only company I called. My first contact was with the young lady that answers your phone. She explained everything that was to happen and what it would cost. What a great guy Dusty turned out to be. He sat down with me and explained everything. He agreed to some changes and extras I asked for and promised he would make it all work and work great. Dusty checked often and kept reminding me of some of his promises. Dusty did everything he told me he would plus some small things just ot make my life better. Hold on to him, he’s a gem. The guys you had doing the installation were just as good. Antonio and his crew could not have been more respectful. Just wanted to write this small thank you to PROGRESSIVE HEATING & AIR! I was looking for a 3 ton unit and called a lot of different places to get a quote. I eventually found a small co. on Craig’s List and went with them. Well I paid for the Heat Pump Unit first and then they came out on a Thursday and began working. I noticed when I got home the old unit that we had was missing. Keep in mind it worked great, just needed a larger unit. So I called the owner Friday morning and asked where he had put the old unit, and he replied we took and scraped it. I explained that I didn’t agree with this and I would like to have it back or the money I would have tried to get for it. So that morning he showed up to my house and told my wife he was about to hook us up. To a huge surprise, they loaded up for new unit and drove away. The one I just paid for!! I called the authorities right away, then called Dusty Davis from Progressive and explained the situation. He told me ‘no worries’ and jumped on the phone with my homeowners insurance to give the information he could remember. That evening he went to his office and faxed a copy of the quote to them so I could work on getting this problem solved. Once I got the ok from the insurance I called Dusty on Wednesday and they came by Thursday to complete the job in one day. I would like to thank Progressive and Dusty especially for your quick response and help with this problem for me and my family. I will tell you I learned a lesson on saving a couple hundred dollars – not always a good thing! So again thanks for all your help Dusty and Progressive. I will be sure to let everyone know how professional and quick you were all willing to help! –

My 11 year old Amana A/C unit quit in the middle of summer. I called and spoke with Betty from Progressive Heating and Air that afternoon and their technician Robert came out the next morning. He changed out a bad condenser and I got a free tune up courtesy of EMC. Robert was very friendly and professional that I decided to have their sales rep Dusty, come out and give me a quote on a new and more efficient system. Dusty’s recommendation for my home’s heating and cooling requirements was spot on and he worked with me on pricing and financing. I now have a high efficient 14 SEER Rheem 3.5 ton variable speed furnace with fantastic parts and labor warranty and a free 1 year service agreement. Their installation team, Antonio, Miguel and Hunter did an incredible job. I wish I could post a before and after photo. My home cools very well and heats really fast too. Samantha with quality assurance followed up about 3 weeks later and submitted all the paper work for me to receive a $300 cash back rebate from Rheem. These folks are all around a professional team. Dusty, It was nice to meet you last week. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually knows what customer service is about. Everyone I’ve dealt with from Progressive has been outstanding and the service has been great. As you know I had a new unit installed in April 2009. I recently purchased a rehab foreclosure, the biggest project of all was the HVAC system. The house was vandalized and the majority of the units  were ripped out. I called 5 different companies to get estimates. Dusty D was the man that came out from Progressive. He was incredibly helpful and was able to answer every question imaginable. He even pulled out his iPad to help explain the difference between a standard system and a high efficiency system. Which really helped me comprehend how things work. Once he did his walk through he quoted a fantastic price, which beat all their competition. When I finally closed on the house, he was there the following day to confirm and review what we talked/agreed on. After our discussion, the installers were there promptly, worked extremely hard, and setup a PERFECT system. They even finished ahead of schedule. There were no surprises, no extra fees or hidden charges. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better work, or nicer people. I would stand behind/recommend them 100% of the time.
