Impressed with Progressive from start to finished on our new 4 ton HVAC installations. Hunter was knowledgeable and great to work with on sales side. Installation techs, McKinley and Diego were professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Delaney also was great to work with updating me as needed. Trust is a huge issue for me and Progressive team earned it throughout entire process.

I had a water leak under my water heater, I knew it was going to be difficult to fix but when Mike and Dawson got there they knew exactly what to do. They both were very professional and friendly. Mike explained everything that needed to be done and got it done. They cleaned up everything when they got finished. It was a very professional job. I will be using them from now on.
