Matt Morgan came out the same day to quote a system replacement solution and was not pushy at all or trying to "sell" me on a product. Very proficient in his AC knowledge and provided honest advice and answers to my questions helping me make a decision I felt good about. Ended up going with the full system replacement - Colin and Ty were hard workers and professional, again open for questions. There was even a hiccup where the truck shattered my basketball backboard, and they quickly took care of it, no haggle! I called Progressive and the next day Charlie showed up to diagnose the system. He had to replace a part on the system and within a couple of hours it was back up and running great!
