Very responsive and quick to come evaluate when my 23 year old system shut off in ~100 degree summer! Donovan S was super friendly and knowledgeable when diagnosing the issue and providing a repair solution. Matt Morgan came out the same day to quote a system replacement solution and was not pushy at all or trying to "sell" me on a product. Very proficient in his AC knowledge and provided honest advice and answers to my questions helping me make a decision I felt good about. Ended up going with the full system replacement - Colin and Ty were hard workers and professional, again open for questions. There was even a hiccup where the truck shattered my basketball backboard, and they quickly took care of it, no haggle! Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using Progressive for any future needs.

Matt Morgan was very professional. He took the time to explain the differences between the HVAC system options along with modifications that needed to be made in a way that was easily understandable. I appreciated that there was no pressure into buying a specific option. Additionally, I was extremely pleased by how quickly they were able to accommodate and install the system after purchase. I highly recommend Progressive Heating, Air, and Plumbing for any of your service needs.

Recently one of our HVAC systems shut down on a 90+ degree day. I called Progressive and the next day Charlie showed up to diagnose the system. He had to replace a part on the system and within a couple of hours it was back up and running great! Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. We appreciate the reliable service at Progressive and will definitely use them in the future.
